Mary Deaderick

Originally from Memphis, TN, Mary grew up playing a variety of sports and has always loved staying active. She graduated from the University of Tennessee (Go Vols!) with her Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science and then went on to get her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. She practiced as a physical therapist in the orthopedic and sports setting for almost 10 years with a special focus on runners and endurance athletes.

After lots of moves around the southeast for job training, Mary and her husband, Stuart, have settled in Gainesville, GA and are so happy to call it home! They have two kiddos and one neurotic dog. After moving to Gainesville, Mary decided to make child wrangling her full time job and loves *almost* every crazy minute of it! In her small amount of free time, Mary can be found exercising, drinking too much iced coffee, watching HGTV or taking a nap because toddlers are exhausting.

Mary found iStroll while she and Stuart were living in Florida. The support system and community she found in that group of moms was incredible, and she knew immediately that she wanted to bring it to wherever they ultimately settled down. Mary loves to help others and to watch them get stronger so they can live their best and most fulfilling life. She is so excited to bring her love of health and fitness to the families of Gainesville and Hall County, GA!

Mary is a licensed physical therapist, ACE certified group fitness instructor, RRCA certified running coach and CPR/AED certified by the American Heart Association.
