Shortly after moving to San Diego, and still on her working out "hiatus", Michelle received a newsletter form her housing community which invited her to try a mom stroller workout class. After reluctantly going and feeling really out of place with a lot of moms that clearly had been attending for more than one class, she met some ladies that welcomed her and her kids as long time friends and encouraged her to push herself to new levels of fitness. After attending several classes, Michelle became hooked and became a regular in attendance. She can now be found working out at random playgrounds while her kids play, and actually enjoying running and pushing herself to be her strongest self!
