Hi there!

I’m Alicia- Owner of iStroll Bowling Green in Ohio. Military spouse and mom to three kiddos! It’s so tough being a military spouse sometimes with moving from place to place. Being the “new person” and not knowing anyone. Simply, just not having that community built, so if you have ever moved around you totally get it. We have lived in Michigan, Italy, Illinois, Virginia Beach and now Bowling Green, Ohio. We are happy to say this is our last stop! My favorite place we have lived is definitely Italy! We traveled all over Europe, it was such a great experience.

I can say it's always been hard to find a gym let alone a group workout that you were allowed to bring the kids anywhere we have lived. I joined iStroll Virginia Beach when I was 4 months postpartum with my last baby. It’s exactly what I needed mentally and physically. How awesome it was to be surrounded by other mama’s going through the same crazy season of life with you. I know when it came time to leave Virginia Beach I was going to have to open up my own iStroll. When we moved I realized I was a part of something, there was routine in my days. I felt motivated and healthy. I had a community to connect with for myself but, most importantly a community for my children. My daughter asked to go to iStroll all the time!

I have always been an active person. Secretly, I always wanted to have a career in the fitness field to help others better themselves and reach their goals. For the longest time, I worked at the Child Development Centers on base. I have always enjoyed working with children and watching them learn and grow!  I’m not the type that likes to put myself out there or try new things. So, here I am. I’m opening iStroll Bowling Green to better myself, my family and others! I wish I could have found iStroll a long time ago.

I 100 percent believe in iStroll’s mission. It enables physical fitness, family togetherness and healthy social lifestyles. So, looking for a community? A tribe of friends? Friends for the kiddos? Play dates? Mom night outs? Coffee dates? A support system and a workout all in ONE? I absolutely LOVE the community that is created through iStroll. Which leaves me SO excited to bring this opportunity to YOU right here in BG! Hope to see you soon!
