jane mathias
Jane is a wife to Tasi, mom to baby girl Stella, and dog mom to Miska! She has a Master’s Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology and is passionate about fitness and outdoor activities.
Jane was very active growing up playing soccer, basketball, lacrosse, field hockey, and even tried her hand at gymnastics. The two sports that stuck were soccer and field hockey. She played club field hockey at James Madison University. Jane continues to be active with her family and enjoys a challenging hike!
She is excited to help parents develop healthy lifestyles to be strong for their families!
Jane is a certified AFAA Group Fitness Instructor and CPR/AED certified by the American Red Cross.
Main location for classes is at the Tennis Court/Pavilion behind Newman Gym off of Hero Road.
It is across the street from the Commissary.
