Anna Postles

Hey there, I'm Anna, proud owner of iStroll Salisbury and mom of three amazing kids-a 3 year old and 1 year old twins! Fitness has always been my passion, a journey that gained even more significance after becoming a mom. I quickly realized the value of having a supportive network of fellow moms to share experiences and insights with. After welcoming our first daughter into the world, I discovered stroller workout classes. During these classes, I made lifelong friendships with other moms and watched as my child thrived in a nurturing environment filled with play, socialization, and learning opportunities.

In early 2023, my family and I moved back to Salisbury to be closer to family. With a background in sports, I have a deep appreciation for high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and bootcamp-style workouts. What's even more exciting is being able to offer these workouts in a kid-friendly environment where your little ones are not just accommodated but actively included in the fun. I'm beyond thrilled to bring this exciting opportunity to Salisbury and can't wait to welcome you to iStroll Salisbury soon! Let's sweat, laugh, and grow together as a supportive community committed to wellness and joyful living. See you there!
