Hi! I’m Laeny Carothers (Owner and Lead Instructor). I'm a mom of three energetic boys. After relocating back to Tupelo at the end of 2023, I noticed a real need for activities tailored to moms with young children. That’s why I’m bringing iStroll to Tupelo. iStroll Marana/OV in Arizona transformed my life. Moving to a new place with a newborn and dealing with postpartum depression was tough. (Let’s break the stigma and support moms!) iStroll improved my physical, mental, and emotional health. The workouts, having my kids alongside me, and the supportive community were invaluable. I made lifelong friends, and my children bonded while I worked out and set examples of healthy living. The experience was life changing!

I can’t speak highly enough about iStroll. There’s immense power in a group of women working towards a common goal in a judgement free environment. Bringing my kids and fostering healthy habits together with them is priceless. The friendships my kids and I formed through iStroll are invaluable.
