LINDSEY

OWNER | INSTRUCTOR

Lindsey is a military spouse, mom to two girls and dog mom. She first came to iStroll while living at JBLM, Washington when a neighbor invited her. Since then her family has moved a couple times, always being able to find community through iStroll everywhere they go! Lindsey and her family are happy to have landed back here at Fort Bragg. Her favorite part about iStroll is that she is able to model to her girls how to love and take care of themselves through fitness and friendships.

Lindsey is a certified AFAA Group Fitness Instructor through NASM and CPR/AED (adult/Child/infant) certified by the American Safety Training Institute.

NICOLE

INSTRUCTOR

Nicole is thrilled to be instructing this wonderful group of women! When she's not instructing, She loves to read, bake, and run. She loves taking day trips around N.C with her family and is always on the hunt for a good local spot to eat or explore! As a first time mom, iStroll gave her a place to invest in herself and find a community in a new place. Her hope is to create a space for other women to do the same! She's looking forward to seeing you at the next workout!
