Hey, I'm Kristina! Staying active has always been a big part of my life, from running cross-country to cheering in college. I moved to Macon for school at Mercer University and quickly fell in love with this community. Now, I’m a mom to two amazing girls, Finley and Juliette. As a certified fitness instructor, I know how tough it can be to juggle family life while making time for yourself, which is why I’m so passionate about helping moms stay active and find their village. When I’m not leading workouts, you’ll probably find me on our little hobby farm, chasing after our chickens, ducks, and one very opinionated goose. I also love testing out new recipes in the kitchen and geeking out over data. But more than anything, I love building a supportive community of moms who lift each other up.
