Megan is a military spouse married to Manuel Girbal and mama to two beautiful boys Manuel Alexander (3) and Daniel Alberto (11 months). She attended Northern Kentucky University and transferred to Old Dominion University where she finished her studies in Psychology with a minor in Criminal justice. She has moved all over as she was raised in a military/federal family growing up. She participated in varsity and competitive cheerleading for 13 years and also cheered for a D1 collegiate team. She has always lived a very active lifestyle and is never afraid to try something new. She participated in the Disney College Program and was best friends with Ariel. Now Megan brings smiles to people at 30,000 feet with Delta Airlines as a flight attendant. Megan was looking for motivation after the birth of her second son wanting to get back in shape. She found her girl tribe and more than just sore 🍑’s at iStroll Macon. When she moved from Macon to Peachtree City she found that there was nothing similar to iStroll and missed it so much that she decided to open her own. Now she is eager to build strong relationships and even stronger muscles within her community. Megan will bring lots of energy and laughs to your workout! She is CPR and AED certified through the American Red Cross.
