CURRENT CLASS SCHEDULE

In the event of inclement weather, class changes and decisions will be made by 7:30 a.m. the morning of class and shared in the Facebook group and through the Remind App. Virtual class will be held via Google Meet.

Not sure what to bring to class? I have created an Amazon list of some of my essential items. The summer weather can get hot, and you will need extra water and ways to cool down. I have included some helpful items on the list. I couldn’t find it on Amazon, but my favorite bug spray is the Hello Bello brand.

Cierra hughes

Hi! I'm Cierra Hughes, owner and head instructor of iStroll Weatherford! My husband, Joshua, and I have 2 kids, Blakely and Decklyn. I was born and raised in Hydro, a small town in western Oklahoma, and I am an alumna of Oklahoma State University (Go Pokes!). I love spending time with my family and doing activities together. Our son, Decklyn, is autistic and I work very hard at being an advocate for him.

I have always had a love of sports and fitness and I was a multi-sport athlete my whole life. I began my journey with stroller workouts in 2017 when Joshua, Blakely, and I moved to Virginia. Joining a group of moms was the best decision I ever made, and it truly set me on a path to becoming a better person all-around. Becoming healthier was just a side-effect. That community guided me through a second pregnancy and turning into a mom-of-two. They're the reason I am where I'm at today. When we moved back to Oklahoma, I was able to find another group of moms who supported me through my son's autism diagnosis. They showed me a kind of love that only another mother would understand and opened my eyes to how we as mothers really do need a village to thrive.

I have been with several different stroller workout groups as we have moved a few times since then. When we had the opportunity to move back closer to family, I was excited to be able to open an iStroll near my hometown. I wanted to give other moms that same chance to grow and join a community where they could also find themselves. As a mom, it's hard to balance everything, and taking care of our own bodies often gets left last on the list. iStroll is a great way to be able to get our bodies moving while creating friendships, not only for our kids but also for ourselves. I love the community that is created through iStroll!
